This may vary depending on the size of your order, Country of destination, existing duties, etc. Parcels will be dispatched within 72 hours from payment and delivered within the following 3 to 10 working days. An estimate of the costs and timing will be issued once your order has been placed.

Milor will only accept commercial returns previously authorized by the Sales Management, that will issue a R.A. (Return Authorization) and, in any case, not later than two years from the date of purchase (invoice date). Milor will only accept jewels in good conditions, never worn and with the original label and returns for change of size will NOT be accepted.
